As a qualified Architect, Diana brings a wealth of national and international experience. Having worked on a wide range of typologies including retail, hospitality and leisure.
Diana has a strong track record in delivering high-end design solutions across a range of architectural briefs. She has skills in the residential market having designed and delivered award-winning homes for a range of private clients. Through the creative process and by maintaining high standards of integrity and cooperation, Diana is adept at building teams and encouraging teamwork and design collaboration.
Diana’s responsibilities include identifying potential properties and/or sites, securing funding, designing and planning the development. With a focus on high-quality design and sustainability, overseeing the construction, and leading the marketing and selling of the finished product.
DAVID HARRISON
Development Director

David has over 35 years of high-level development experience including 12 years at the Corporate Board level and 2 years of direct public-sector experience with English Partnerships.
David’s experience encompasses all market sectors with a demonstrable track record of managing complex mixed-use multi-stakeholder regeneration projects.
He has skills in complex site assembly, generating creative funding solutions and delivering increased value in challenging locations.
As senior director, David’s role is to maintain the high standards of professionalism, client support and project delivery across the portfolio of the business.
JAMES SANDERSON
Project Director
BA, Dip Arch, RIBA, RIAS, CAA
James is a qualified Architect with 25 years of experience in private practice. Following 10 years as a director at Purcell, the UK’s largest conservation practice where he was responsible for the leadership, mentoring, HR, profitability, business development, architectural design, and delivery of multi funded mix use projects.
As a result, James brings a wealth of valuable strategic business skills, management, and leadership. Developed through recently leading a multidiscipline team in a £35m mixed-use regeneration scheme at Blackburn Cathedral in partnership with the Local Authority, the Housing and Community Agency and private developers.
James’s role is to ensure the delivery of both the architectural design and the high-quality accommodation and finish of the Harrison Hunt product. Focused on the end user but working with the whole design team, main contractors and specialist subcontractors with a determination to achieve the exclusive finish in our developments.
