Muirend Avenue presents a rare opportunity to become part of an exciting bespoke development of contemporary city-living in the South Side of Glasgow. Working closely with Harrison Hunt, this Architect led project by Sanderson Borland designed and created 10 contemporary townhouses to both complement and challenge the surrounding area’s period terraces.
Steered by the challenging site which backs onto a railway line, two living types were created: garden living and loft living style. Each of the proposed house types are bespoke to the Avenue and both meet the demands of modern living in terms of orientation to maximise views and amenities, open-plan living and flexible, family-sized rooms for growing families with ample storage throughout.
