Lochford Gardens – Progress Update

 

Progress is progressing well, with the SIPs Panels fully erected for 3 dwellings with 2 other dwellings with panels stood up to the first floor. 

 

Within the next few weeks, we shall see the topping out of the dwellings along James Kirk Way, with the plots further into the site beginning to be erected.

 

Since the launch to market in May, we are delighted to have secured 5 full reservations from the 9 dwellings within Phase 1, with interest around the remaining plots high.
