Development Director

David has over 35 years high level development experience including 12 years at Corporate Board level and 2 years direct public-sector experience with English Partnerships.

David’s experience encompasses all market sectors with a demonstrable track record of managing complex mixed use multi – stakeholder regeneration projects.

He has particular skills of complex site assembly, generating creative funding solutions and delivering increased value in challenging locations.

As senior director David’s role is to maintain the high standards of professionalism, client support and project delivery across the portfolio of the business.

Creative Director

As a qualified Architect, Diana brings with her a wealth of national and international experience having worked on a wide range of typology including retail, hospitality, residential and leisure.

Diana has a strong track record in delivering high end design solutions across a range of architectural briefs. She has particular skills in the residential market having designed and delivered award winning homes and spaces for a range of private clients. Through the creative process and by maintaining high standards of integrity and co-operation, Diana is adept at building teams and encouraging creative thought through teamwork and design collaboration.

At Harrison Hunt we take our corporate and social commitment seriously. Diana leads our team to ensure all endeavours have a positive impact on society. Diana is  appointed at Seamab School, a charitable organisation based in rural central Scotland that provides specialised care and education to young children to help them realise their vision of a purpose built school. Diana is also an ambassador for and is collaborating with the international NGO Global Action Nepal to help guide them in realise their vision for their purpose built teacher training centre.

Project Director

James is a qualified Architect with 25 years’ experience in private practice. Following 10 years as director at Purcell, the UK’s largest conservation practice where he was responsible for the leadership, mentoring, HR, profitability, business development, architectural design and delivery of multi complex projects.

As a result, James has developed valuable skills in strategic business thinking, leadership and management within the creative sector and construction industry.

He has developed skills in leading multidisciplinary teams, principally through his work at Blackburn Cathedral in delivering a complex £35m mixed use regeneration scheme, working in partnership with the Local Authority, the Housing and Community Agency and private developers.

James’s role is to support the delivery of both the architectural design and the high quality delivery of the HH product.
